As Chief Executive Officer of Ascent Medical Management, I would like to share with you our plans and procedures we have implemented to manage the potential impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The well-being of all clients, family members and out staff is of utmost importance to us. We are dedicated to meeting your needs with minimal interruption in service.
We’re here when you need us
Our professionals use mobile technology daily and the majority of our staff has had the capability to work remotely for several years. Due to our ability to work remotely, we do not foresee any key service level impacts to our clients. We have procedures in place to enable unforeseen challenges that may impact our clients.
What we’ve done so far:
- We have implemented quarantine and remote service protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees.
- We have developed redundant service models for our critical support roles in client services, risk management and technical operations.
- We have evaluated critical vendors for alternative options to minimize disruption. Our management professionals are available to meet in person when appropriate, although we encourage the use of technology tools.
